Located in the Milan Fashion district, the store celebrates the deep relationship between the designer Marco Campomaggi and his territory and culture. An important operation in terms of business and brand awareness also for the Campomaggi & Caterina Lucchi Spa company, that aims at growing on the international markets also thanks to the recent inauguration of the first company showroom in Via Sant’Andrea 18, Milan, that hosts the three company brands Campomaggi, Caterina Lucchi and Gabs Franco Gabbrielli. The book is at the center of the design of the shop, created by the young architect Pier Nicola Currà, a strong reference to the designer’s roots and a symbol of knowledge and opportunity for each one to change perspectives and points of view. The displays, totally handmade, evoke the ancient desks of the Malatestiana Library of Cesena, the gratings of the Teodorano castle are abstracted in the shape but reproduced in the material, and the trompe l’oeil from the Federico da Montefetro study acquire solidity. The strength of the iron is tempered by wood, giving harmony and prestige to the entire space of the shop. The result is a unique atmosphere that gives maximum emphasis to Campomaggi’s creations, authentic objects that express the knowledge gained through many years of experience, able to transmit values that go beyond what is tangible.
